Other specific areas of his immigration practice include, EB2 National Interest Waiver, EB1B, O1A, L-1, multinational executives and managers (EB-1C), H-1B, P-3, U visa, VAWA, family based immigration, adjustment of status, naturalization, consular processing, deportation defense and Federal litigation.
